Accrington Stanley V Morecambe at Store First Stadium : Match Preview
Accrington have doubts over three players for Morecambe's visit to the Wham Stadium.
Club captain Seamus Conneely, Jordan Thorniley (both groin) and Erico Sousa (ankle) all missed Stanley's 3-0 win over Grimsby on Saturday and are likely to be struggling again.
Accrington's inexperienced bench that afternoon had an average age younger than 19 so boss John Coleman is unlikely to rotate too much if his doubtful trio all remain out.
Though Stanley lost four League Two games in a row prior to beating Grimsby, they are still in the play-off places.
Jim Bentley must decide if Kevin Ellison is ready to start again after his 90th-minute winner against Yeovil on Friday.
It was the 38-year-old's first start in over a month and Bentley revealed Ellison has been unable to train regularly with the team for the past two months having fought a hamstring problem.
Max Muller will be fortunate to retain his starting spot having been taken off with the Shrimps 2-0 down against the Glovers as Bentley feared he could get a second yellow card.
However, Morecambe do look set to keep their back three system after ending a run of three straight losses with a 4-3 victory.
